Peel onions and carrots and boil in plenty of water. Bring to a boil, salt, add cloves, bay leaf, put beef and cook for 1 hour. Add tongue, chopped chicken and cook for another 1.5 hours, until all the meat is ready. Boil pork sausage separately so that the broth does not lose its taste. Put the finished meat on a dish, cut into portions, salt. Before serving, pour over the meat with a few tablespoons of broth. Serve with pesto sauce, herbs and fresh vegetables - broccoli, spinach, fennel.
