How to cook Baked beets with soft cheese and apple sauce
Step 1
Wash the beets, then, without peeling, coat with vegetable oil, finish off with salt to taste. Then wrap in foil and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Step 2
Applesauce. To make applesauce you will need: apple juice (packaged), sugar and balsamic vinegar. For 500 ml. sauce you need 30 g of balsamic vinegar, 80 g of sugar and apple juice. Mix all the ingredients and cook up to 2.5-3 times in order to evaporate the sugar.
Step 3
Peel the baked beets and cut them the way you like. Cut grapes into two slices.
Step 4
Serve: Put the chopped beets and grapes, add applesauce and mix. Spread soft cream cheese on top. To decorate the dish, you will need strawberries, cut into two halves and mint.
