Spicy stir-fry with rice

To prepare our dish, we need: a pork tenderloin with streaks of salt over it, we actually will conjure. From what the marinade will be, the taste of our dish will also be. So let's prepare a spicy marinade! To begin with, take a deep plate in which in the future you can immerse all the pieces of pork. Next, pour wine into it to which add mustard. Mix everything well. Next, take the garlic and with the flat side of the knife press it a little and throw it into our marinade so that it gives its flavor to our meat. I want the marinade to interact with the meat as actively as possible, for this I pour it into a food bag into which I throw our pork, tie it up and thoroughly crush everything as if I were preparing a cocktail in a shaker. I put it in the fridge for another hour. The best option is of course at night.

And while our meat is pickling, we can wash our rice. I would advise rinsing it in warm water.

Now it's time to cook the meat! And before frying, let's warm up our frying pan well! As soon as the pan is heated, without adding oil, put our meat and fry it over high heat for 1 minute on each side.

As the meat is fried and the salko begins to melt, it's time to mix olive oil with soy sauce in a cup and add to the meat.

Our main task is to preserve its juice in the meat! If the meat is dry, that is, it is not worth it and you will not feel that fullness of taste. Therefore, we will not overcook it, especially since we do everything on a fast fire. To ensure that our dish was not a steak. Let's translate our frying of meat into its stewing. To do this, take a cup, fill it halfway with boiled water, then add all the seasonings that you want to add to the water and fill it to the brim with sour cream, mix everything well and pour our meat.
