How to cook Ice cream "American"

Step 1

Separate the yolks from the whites. Yolks with 2 tbsp. l. beat powdered sugar with a mixer until creamy. Proteins with 2 tbsp. l. beat powdered sugar with a mixer until foam appears.

Step 2

Cream with 2 tbsp. l. icing sugar beat with a mixer into a lush dense foam.

Step 3

Combine whipped yolks, whites and cream, add milk, vanilla sugar and mix everything well until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into a plastic container and place in the freezer for 4 hours (stir occasionally).
