Coconut marinade for chicken and fish
Ingredients
Servings 6-10- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 st. l. soy sauce
- 3 Art. l. brown sugar
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 art. l. grated ginger
- 1 red chili
- salt
Cooking
Step 1
Rub the garlic in a mortar with sugar or finely chop or grate on a fine grater. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and whisk until emulsified. Mix with prepared chicken or fish.
