Chocolate-coffee cupcakes

Treat yourself to tender, fragrant cupcakes, and for chocoholics, this is a real treat!

Ingredients

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 200 ml hot milk
  • 1 tsp with a slide of instant coffee
  • 120 g soft butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 st. l. cognac
  • 250 g sifted flour
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 1 st. l. cocoa powder
  • for the ganache:
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 ml 33% cream
  • 20 g butter

Cooking

Step 1

We take dark chocolate (pieces), pour it with hot milk, add coffee, mix everything well and cool.

Step 2

Separately, beat the soft butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg with a whisk. We combine the two mixtures, mix and pour the sifted flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa. Add cognac.

Step 3

We bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes until a dry splinter. Cool cupcakes completely and cover with ganache.

Step 4

For it, we take 100 g of dark chocolate (pieces) and pour it with hot 33% cream (100 ml) + 20 g of butter for two minutes, leave it alone, then mix everything well, let it cool a little and cover the cupcakes. Happy tea!
