Caramelized chicken with chili pepper

Ingredients

  • meat from chicken thighs without skin and bones 200 g
  • red chili pepper 50 g
  • chili pepper green 50 g
  • onion 40 g
  • basil 10 g
  • wheat starch 20 g
  • soy sauce 40 ml
  • sugar 10 g
  • maltose without sugar 30 g
  • vegetable oil 150 ml

Cooking

Step 1

Marinate chicken meat, previously cleaned from bones and skin, in soy sauce 10 g and sugar 10 g for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Separately, cut green and red chili peppers into diamonds, and onions into large cubes.

Step 3

Roll chicken meat in starch and fry in a pan in hot vegetable oil, then add chili peppers and onions there.

Step 4

Make a sauce based on soybean 30 g and maltose without sugar 30 g. Pour all the components with the sauce and fry for 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil florets when serving.
