Step 1

Prepare the dough in a bread maker. To do this, lay out the ingredients for the dough in the following sequence: whey, flour, salt, sugar, milk powder, butter, butter and yeast. Turn on the "Dough" mode. At the end of the kneading, remove the dough from the HP bowl and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Beat sour cream with eggs, add vanillin, sugar, beat again.

Step 3

Divide the dough into 2 parts (two sour cream). Roll out each piece and put on a greased form, decorate the sides.

Step 4

Pour in the sour cream. Bake until golden brown in an oven preheated to 210 degrees.
