How to cook Sweet Pepper Salad
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180ºС. Grease a baking sheet with oil. Wash peppers and tomatoes. Cut the peppers in half and remove the core. Make a cross cut on the tomatoes. Peel the onion. Put the vegetables on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil and bake in the oven (20 minutes). Remove the vegetables from the oven, cover tightly with foil and leave for another 10 minutes. Then peel the tomatoes and peppers.
Step 2
Wash greens, dry and chop. Rub the roasted peppers, tomatoes and onions through a sieve. Add herbs, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper. Mix and serve.
