Cut the cheese into slices, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with chili flakes, set aside. Peel the onion, cut into thin rings. Put the beans from the jar in a colander, let the liquid drain. Cut olives into thin rings. Prepare the dressing by mixing all of the above ingredients. Whisk lightly, season with salt and pepper. Put the beans in a bowl, pour in the dressing, add the onion, olives and chopped greens. Mix. Tear lettuce leaves with your hands and put in a salad bowl. Arrange the bean salad on top of the leaves. Fry slices of suluguni in a heated grill pan for 1 minute. from each side. Break the fried cheese into pieces, add to the bean salad and serve immediately while the cheese is hot.
