How to cook Steak Sandwich
Step 1
To start, fry the cut bread on the grill, after pouring the bread with olive oil so that it has a beautiful golden color.

In a hot frying pan, fry the pork steak until fully cooked and transfer to a bowl, let the meat rest.

Cut the onion into thin rings, fry on the grill for 5 minutes with the addition of salt, sugar, pepper. Then add red pepper and fry for another 5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 4

Put the sauce on the bread, top with vegetables, meat and sprinkle with pak choi.
