Mushrooms and walnuts are an unusual flavor combination. Add pasta to it and you get an exquisite dish with an Italian flavor. The thick sauce makes the dish cozy and filling, and the sour cream gives it a Russian flavor and highlights the mushroom flavor. If you want to make the pasta even more tender, replace the sour cream with heavy cream.
