Finely chop the onion, chop or squeeze the garlic.
Cut the champignons into thin slices.
Chop the walnuts.
When the water boils, add the spaghetti. Cook according to the package directions until al dente. Drain the pasta in a colander.
Heat a frying pan and pour in vegetable oil. Add garlic and fry for 1 minute until golden and fragrant. Add onion and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Add the champignons and fry for 5-7 minutes. Add a little salt and pepper. Add ground nuts.
Add sour cream to the pan and reduce heat. Add chopped greens. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes to combine all the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste, if necessary.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan, stir gently and heat for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Serve the dish sprinkled with chopped herbs.
