How to cook Semolina with pear
Step 1
Bring milk to a boil in a saucepan. Stirring constantly, add mango. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the pears, cut into 4 parts. Remove the core and cut into small cubes. Fry over high heat with butter, 2 minutes. Reduce heat, add raisins, sugar and cinnamon, cook 1-2 more minutes.
Step 3
Divide the porridge into bowls or plates. Add pears. Drizzle with syrup from skillet. Serve right away.
