How to cook Sandwich "Classic of the genre"
Step 1
Chicken fillet cut into slices, salt, fry in butter or vegetable oil. For taste, put a clove of garlic lightly crushed with a knife into the oil. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, basting the chicken with oil from the pan (for juiciness).

Prepare the sauce: in a dry frying pan, fry the flour until golden brown, constantly stirring, add the cream. Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes, add salt, garlic (either granulated or very finely chopped). Remove from heat, let cool and thicken.

Fry the slices of bread in a dry frying pan on both sides until golden brown.
Step 8
“Building a sandwich”: spread sauce on each slice of bread, put lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, cheese on one of them in sequence.
Step 9
Place in the microwave to melt the cheese.
Step 10
Cover with a second slice of bread and serve. Our sandwich is ready!
