Sand baskets with poppy seed filling

How to cook Sand baskets with poppy seed filling
Step 1
Grind the yolks with sugar, add soft butter and flour mixed with baking powder. Quickly knead a soft, elastic dough and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Leave a little dough for the top, and distribute the rest of the dough into molds making sides.
Step 3
Lay out the filling. For the filling, boil poppy seeds in milk (until the liquid boils), strain it on a sieve, add steamed and finely chopped raisins and starch. On top of the filling, rub the dough on a coarse grater (I just tore it into small pieces).
Step 4
We bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes. Let it cool completely and enjoy your tea!!!
