Salad of fresh cucumber, pepper and cabbage

A bright salad of cucumber, pepper and cabbage will take you to a summer veranda at any time of year. Juicy and fresh vegetables will perfectly complement any poultry, meat or fish.
How to cook Salad of fresh cucumber, pepper and cabbage
Step 1

Remove the stalk and seeds from the pepper. Cut the pepper into large squares.
Step 2

Cut the cucumber into half rings.
Step 3

Cut the carrots into thin strips.
Step 4

Shred the cabbage and place it in a deep salad bowl.
Step 5

Cut the onion into half rings and finely chop the garlic.
Step 6

Add pepper, cucumber, carrot, onion, and garlic to a salad bowl. Mix the ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste. Season the salad with a little oil and sprinkle with smoked paprika. Mix all the ingredients well again.
Step 7

Place the salad on portioned plates and garnish with a sprig of fresh herbs. Enjoy!
