Remove the stalk and seeds from the pepper. Cut the pepper into large squares.
Cut the cucumber into half rings.
Cut the carrots into thin strips.
Shred the cabbage and place it in a deep salad bowl.
Cut the onion into half rings and finely chop the garlic.
Add pepper, cucumber, carrot, onion, and garlic to a salad bowl. Mix the ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste. Season the salad with a little oil and sprinkle with smoked paprika. Mix all the ingredients well again.
Place the salad on portioned plates and garnish with a sprig of fresh herbs. Enjoy!
