During baking, turn the carcass periodically, pouring over the remaining vegetable oil or the resulting fat so that it browns on all sides. Put the finished turkey on a serving dish, cut into portions, garnish with soaked lingonberries, herbs and serve. You can serve potatoes in any form as a side dish.
