Quick oatmeal bread

Description
A very simple bread recipe just right for beginner bakers like me.
Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Mix flakes with flour (1.5 tbsp), salt, milk, yeast. Mix warm water with honey and 3 tablespoons of melted butter. Add to dry ingredients and knead into a soft, elastic dough. You can knead with a mixer with a hook attachment or in a bread machine.
Step 2
Transfer the dough to a bowl and cover with cling film, put in a warm place without drafts. After 1.5 hours, knead the dough well. Shape into a round loaf and place on a greased baking sheet. Lubricate the top with 1 tbsp. l. melted butter and sprinkle with oatmeal. Let rise 1 hour. Make several cuts on top with a sharp knife or blade.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put the bread in the oven, throw in a few ice cubes, and lower the temperature to 180 degrees. Bake 25-30 min. until golden brown. Remove the finished bread from the baking sheet, sprinkle with water and cover with a towel.
