Minced meat roll with mushrooms

Did you know that all meat rolls are national dishes of Germany and Austria? They are traditionally prepared for big holidays. For example, for Christmas or Easter. By the way, the fillings can be absolutely anything: from regular cheese to eggs and mushrooms.
How to cook Minced meat roll with mushrooms
Step 1

Make the base. Add the egg and spices to the minced meat. Mix well.
Step 2

Prepare the filling. Heat oil in a frying pan, add onion and carrot. Cook until onion is translucent. Then add mushrooms to the pan and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3

Form a roll. Spread the required amount of cling film on a flat surface. Evenly distribute the meat layer on it, no more than 1.5 cm thick.
Step 4

Place the filling on it, sprinkle with cheese and herbs. Carefully roll it up using film.
Step 5

Transfer it to a baking dish and place in the oven preheated to 180˚C for 30 minutes.
