How to cook Hot rolls and gunkans

Step 1

Place a sheet of nori on a roll mat, having previously covered it with cling film. Spread the rice on top, leaving 3 cm from the edge on both sides. Turn the rice over with the nori sheet facing up, and place small portions of curd cheese in the middle.

Step 2

Roll three types of rolls. Put tomato, cucumber, shrimp on one piece, salmon, cucumber, avocado on another, crab meat, tomato, avocado on the third.

Step 3

Roll a small amount of rice into an oval and wrap it with a strip of nori, forming sides of 1.5-2 cm.

Step 4

In separate bowls, combine the three fillings: chopped shrimp, avocado, capelin roe and cream cheese; chopped salmon, tomato, nut sauce and cream cheese; chopped shrimp, cucumber, teriyaki sauce and cream cheese.

Step 5

Place the filling inside each piece.

Step 6

Mix eggs, flour and starch, add water until the consistency of liquid sour cream. Dip the blanks in the batter.
