Hot rolls and gunkans

It is quite easy to prepare hot rolls and sushi at home, and you will be completely sure of the freshness of the products used. We suggest trying several different fillings: with cucumber, cream cheese and shrimp; with crab meat; with salmon and cream cheese.
How to cook Hot rolls and gunkans
Step 1
Place a sheet of nori on a roll mat, having previously covered it with cling film. Spread the rice on top, leaving 3 cm from the edge on both sides. Turn the rice over with the nori sheet facing up, and place small portions of curd cheese in the middle.
Step 2
Roll three types of rolls. Put tomato, cucumber, shrimp on one piece, salmon, cucumber, avocado on another, crab meat, tomato, avocado on the third.
Step 3
Roll a small amount of rice into an oval and wrap it with a strip of nori, forming sides of 1.5-2 cm.
Step 4
In separate bowls, combine the three fillings: chopped shrimp, avocado, capelin roe and cream cheese; chopped salmon, tomato, nut sauce and cream cheese; chopped shrimp, cucumber, teriyaki sauce and cream cheese.
Step 5
Place the filling inside each piece.
Step 6
Mix eggs, flour and starch, add water until the consistency of liquid sour cream. Dip the blanks in the batter. Prepare the deep fryer: take a suitable container, pour vegetable oil into it, then bring the oil to a boil on the stove. Fry the rolls and gunkans in deep fat on all sides until golden brown.
