Hot pepper for the winter

Hot peppers are not harvested very often for the winter, but in vain. Marinating softens the spiciness and pepper can be added to almost any meat dishes, soups and vegetable stews for flavor.
How to cook Hot pepper for the winter
Step 1
Wash and dry the peppers, do not remove the tails.
Step 2
Prepare the brine. Bring 400 ml of water to a boil, add salt, vegetable oil, sugar and spices. Pour peppers with marinade, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Put the peppers in sterilized jars.
Step 3
Add vinegar to the brine and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Pour boiling marinade over peppers and twist.
