How to cook Holiday hen
Step 1
Rub the chicken with a mixture of soy sauce and lemon juice. Rub with salt, pepper and garlic inside and out. Leave in a warm place for 2 hours.
Step 2
Put the chicken in a baking bag. Tie up.
Step 3
Cook in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 80-85 minutes (depending on your oven), until golden brown.
