How to cook Dallas T-bone steak (grilled)
Step 1
Heat up some olive oil and add chopped rosemary. Let cool.
Step 2
Brush the steak with prepared rosemary oil and season with black pepper. Put on a well-heated grill and fry on one side for 1 minute. Rotate the steak 90 degrees, flip to the other side and cook until desired doneness. We put it in the oven or in a wood-fired oven and cook until the desired roasting.
Step 3
Let the meat rest for 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle coarse salt and black pepper on top.
