BY THE WAY This national dish of the peoples of North Africa is prepared from couscous, with a variety of sauces - meat, fish, vegetables, and fruits. To prepare cereals, wheat flour is poured on a special, slightly curved board with a thin layer, then semolina is sifted, a little water is sprinkled, and then semolina is rolled into tiny balls with your hands. The resulting grains are sifted through a sieve so that they are of the same size. Now you can buy instant couscous in almost all supermarkets.
