Coconut Cookies

A minimum of simple ingredients make very tasty cookies with coconut flakes for tea. The biscuit is tender and sweet, and the coconut gives the cookies their special taste. How to cook Coconut Cookies

Break the egg into a deep bowl, add sugar, salt and softened butter.

Add coconut flakes and stir.

The dough should be homogeneous, without lumps.

Line a baking tray or any convenient form with baking paper and spoon out the cookie dough. Bake the dough in an oven preheated to 150 °C for 15 minutes. Then increase the temperature to 189 °C and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
Step 7

Let the finished cookies rest at room temperature for about five minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and remove from the parchment.
