Coconut Cookies

How to cook Coconut Cookies
Step 1

Break the egg into a deep bowl, add sugar, salt and softened butter.

Mix everything well.

Add coconut flakes and stir.

Add corn flour, stir.

The dough should be homogeneous, without lumps.
Step 6

Line a baking tray or any convenient form with baking paper and spoon out the cookie dough. Bake the dough in an oven preheated to 150 °C for 15 minutes. Then increase the temperature to 189 °C and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
Step 7

Let the finished cookies rest at room temperature for about five minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and remove from the parchment.
