How to cook Cookies "Carnival" from a jar

Prepare the jar, it should be clean and completely dry. Weigh the ingredients.

Roll a sheet of paper into a funnel and pour flour into a jar. Add salt and soda, mix a little.

Place the dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 170°C, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out the batter onto a baking sheet (makes 10 large cookies). Bake for 10 minutes, remove the cookies from the oven, press in the sweets and bake until done for another 5 minutes.
