Chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream according to GOST

How to cook Chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream according to GOST
Step 1
First, we prepare ice cream (you can cook it the day before, because it needs to be frozen for several hours). Heat the milk in a saucepan to 40 degrees, I used a thermometer, you can feel it by touch, the milk should be very warm, almost hot, but not scalding).
Step 2
Add 3 yolks to the heated milk, beat with a mixer, add two types of sugar, mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens. Set aside from the stove and let cool completely. After that, strain through a sieve.
Step 4
Whip the cream with a mixer until stiff peaks. Mix in the cooled milk-egg mixture. Mix thoroughly with a spatula.
Step 5
Put the ice cream in a mold and put in the freezer for 1 hour, then mix the mixture. Repeat mixing 2 more times after one hour each time. Leave the ice cream in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, you can overnight.
Step 6
Cooking fondant: turn on the oven at 220 degrees, and while the oven is heating in a water bath, melt the chocolate.
Step 7
Add butter to melted chocolate, mix everything until a homogeneous smooth mixture.
Step 8
Beat 2 eggs with sugar with a mixer, add flour, cocoa and mix thoroughly.
Step 9
Mix the chocolate mixture with the egg, mix everything.
Step 10
Grease baking molds with butter. Pour the mixture into the molds so that it fills them halfway.
Step 11
Put the molds in the oven and bake for 7 minutes. The mixture should rise, as soon as it rises, we immediately pull it out.
Step 12
Carefully remove the fondants from the molds, turn them over, put them on a plate. Top with a scoop of ice cream and serve immediately.
