How to cook Brownie with cherries
Step 1
Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, add cocoa and stir. Let the mixture cool slightly.

Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a 20x20 cm baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, beat the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract and chocolate butter mixture and mix well. Then sift the flour and salt into this mixture and mix quickly with a spatula.

Cut the cherry in half and remove the pit. Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Stir cherries and chocolate into batter. Pour the dough into the mold.
Step 5
Bake the brownies for 35-40 minutes, checking for doneness with a wooden stick. Let the brownies cool in the pan, then carefully remove. Leave the brownies for 12-24 hours.
Step 6
Garnish brownies with whipped cream, chocolate chips and cherries before serving.
