"Bays" by Daria Tsvek

It's just a complete delight, not buns!! The dough is so tender and fluffy. that I had never tried anything like it before. These buns will not leave anyone indifferent!
How to cook "Bays" by Daria Tsvek
Step 1
For dough, we take warm milk, dissolve yeast, sugar in it, add flour and let it rise to the cap.
Step 2
Add melted butter (warm) + yolks well ground with sugar + a bag of vanilla sugar + salt to the risen dough, mix everything well and add the sifted flour (it took me exactly the same).
Step 3
Knead soft elastic dough (I use my hands for 10 minutes). We put on the rise for 1 hour, do a warm-up and for another 1 hour. We divide the dough into equal pieces (I got 600 g of dough and 12 pieces of 50 g came out). We make cakes from the dough, spread a little stuffing, form a ball and put it in a mold, not too tight. You can make buns with any filling, or you can even empty them. We put our buns on the rise, under the film, they should double in size. Lubricate the buns with melted butter and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
