How to cook Apple pie

Step 1

Peel the apples and cut into slices. roll in cinnamon. Melt sugar with butter, add cream, apples and fry until the apples are soft, but remain whole slices. Discard apples to drain excess caramel and let cool.

Step 2

Beat butter and granulated sugar until fluffy white foam. Add 3 eggs and stir. Add flour, baking powder, knead the dough.

Step 3

Divide the dough into 2 parts. Grease the form with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour. Roll out one part of the dough and put it into a mold. Put in the oven and bake until half cooked at 220 ° C for 7-10 minutes. Then lay out the apples and cover with a second layer of dough.

Step 4

Brush with egg, sprinkle with sugar and bake until tender, 20-30 minutes.

Step 5

Serve hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
