A new take on pasta. An original and tasty casserole that requires some skill at the "shaping" stage. But the result will inspire you - deliciousness and beauty are unreal!

Ingredients

  • chicken breast - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • long pasta - 300-400 g
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • flour - 1 tbsp. l.
  • cream - 250 ml
  • rosemary
  • pepper
  • grated cheese
  • salt

Cooking

Step 1

We make minced breast fillet. You can buy ready-made, but I trust natural products more! Together with the fillet, scroll the onion and garlic. Lightly fry in olive oil, making sure that the minced meat does not stray into large lumps. Add salt and rosemary.

Step 2

Boil macaroni until half cooked. We recline in a colander so that the glass water, slightly dry.

Step 3

We make sauce. Whisk the egg with flour, salt, pepper and cream.

Step 4

If you plan to use a metal mold, it should be oiled. I bake in silicone, so extra fat is not needed. We begin to form the first layer of the casserole, laying the pasta in a spiral from the center to the sides. When it is ready, spread the minced meat on it, level it with a spatula and pour over some of the sauce. The next layer - by analogy. It all depends on the amount of pasta that you boiled. I like three-layer casseroles the most.

Step 5

We send the casserole to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese to form a crust 5 minutes before cooking. We spread the casserole on a large dish, cut like a cake. It is good both hot and warm.
