Taramosalata

Ingredients

  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • lemons
  • 200 g caviar of any fish
  • olive oil - 200 ml
  • 1 kg potatoes

Cooking

Step 1

1. Wash potatoes, boil, let cool, peel. Rub through a sieve or grate on a fine grater. Peel the garlic, chop. 2. Whisk potatoes together with garlic and caviar in a blender, gradually pouring in oil and lemon juice. Transfer the taramasalata to a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
