Quick cottage cheese pie with cherries
How I love recipes in which you just need to throw all the products into the mixer so that everything mixes up by itself, put it into a mold, stuff it into the oven and wait for the right time. Here is this recipe from the same opera. Delicious and healthy, for breakfast with hot tea - perfect!
Ingredients
Servings 2- 2 eggs
- 70 g sugar (ideally vanilla i.e. infused with vanilla pods)
- 200 g fairly moist cottage cheese
- 60 g flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 60 g butter, melted and set aside, plus for greasing the molds
- a handful of cherries, remove the pits
Cooking
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Step 2
Beat eggs with sugar in a mixer. Add cottage cheese, sifted flour, mixed with baking powder and pour in oil. Continue beating with the mixer until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
Step 3
Transfer the dough into greased molds, put the cherry on top and put in the oven. Reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake until tender (about half an hour).
