Quick cottage cheese pie with cherries

Description

How I love recipes in which you just need to throw all the products into the mixer so that everything mixes up by itself, put it into a mold, stuff it into the oven and wait for the right time. Here is this recipe from the same opera. Delicious and healthy, for breakfast with hot tea - perfect!

Cooking

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Step 2

Beat eggs with sugar in a mixer. Add cottage cheese, sifted flour, mixed with baking powder and pour in oil. Continue beating with the mixer until the mixture is smooth and uniform.

Step 3

Transfer the dough into greased molds, put the cherry on top and put in the oven. Reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake until tender (about half an hour).

Ingredients

2 eggs
70 g sugar (ideally vanilla i.e. infused with vanilla pods)
200 g fairly moist cottage cheese
60 g flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
60 g butter, melted and set aside, plus for greasing the molds
a handful of cherries, remove the pits
