Patatas bravas

Ingredients

  • salt
  • 2 fresh red chili peppers
  • 800 g canned chopped tomatoes
  • 1 h. l. Cumin
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • 700 g new potatoes
  • 350 g chorizo sausage

Cooking

Step 1

Remove seeds from peppers and chop. Cut potatoes into circles. Cut the sausage and fry for 5 minutes until golden brown. Add cumin, chili and finely chopped garlic. Fry 2 minutes. Pour in the tomatoes and simmer for 10-15 minutes over low heat until the potatoes are soft.
