Iced coffee with cinnamon
Condensed milk is a popular ingredient in coffee drinks around the world. It is used to make sweet, creamy Vietnamese iced coffee (ca phe sua da) and rich, rich Spanish bombon coffee (bombón).
Ingredients
Servings 1- 1 ½ cups ice
- 140 g double strength coffee
- 1 st. l. condensed milk
- a pinch of ground cinnamon
Cooking
Step 1
Combine coffee, condensed milk and ground cinnamon in a shaker. Add ice.
Step 2
Cover and shake vigorously for two minutes. Next, pour the resulting drink into a glass filled with ice.
Step 3
Decorate as desired and enjoy.
