How to cook Homemade sherbet

Step 1

Dip the peaches in boiling water for 1 minute, then pour cold water over them and remove the skins. Cut in half, remove the pit. Cut into medium pieces, put in a container and freeze.

Step 2

Transfer the frozen peaches to a food processor, add the honey and yogurt, and blend until soft ice cream forms, about 5 minutes.

Pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
