Canned zucchini salad

Delicious winter zucchini salad!

Ingredients

  • zucchini (prepared) 1.3 kg
  • carrots 300 g
  • Bulgarian pepper 300 g
  • garlic (clove) 5 pcs.
  • green onion 1 bunch(s)
  • parsley 1 bunch
  • lovage to taste
  • sugar 1 tbsp. l.
  • salt 2 tbsp. l.
  • a mixture of peppercorns 1 tbsp. l.
  • carnation 4 pcs.
  • laurel 4 pcs.
  • vegetable oil 2/3 tbsp.
  • apple cider vinegar 2/3 tbsp.

Cooking

Step 1

Sterilize jars and lids. Cut the vegetables into thin strips or grate with a food processor equally. Garlic - sliced, chopped greens. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix thoroughly.

Step 2

Put the salad on the shoulders in jars, pour the resulting juice to the top. Cover jars with lids or not completely screw on and sterilize 1 liter jars - 40 min. Screw the jars tightly, turn upside down on a towel and let cool completely.
