Berry and fruit smoothie with oat milk

It's very simple, very healthy, very tasty and absolutely magical!

Ingredients

  • oatmeal - 100 g
  • milk - 1 liter
  • bananas - 1 pc.
  • pears - 1 pc.
  • cherry - 150 g

Cooking

Step 1

Prepare oat milk. Put oatmeal in a bowl, pour cold boiled water over it and leave for 8-12 hours at room temperature. After the time has elapsed, punch the entire mass in a blender until smooth. Throw on a fine sieve (I also passed through two layers of gauze). Oat milk is ready. Oat milk can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Step 2

Wash the pear, dry it. Remove skins and seeds. Cut into small pieces.

Step 3

Wash banana, dry and peel. Cut into pieces.

Step 4

Put the pear, banana into the blender bowl, add the defrosted cherries and beat until smooth (this can also be done using an immersion blender).

Step 5

Then pour in 250 ml of oat milk and beat everything together, about 30 seconds. Pour into glasses and enjoy! Enjoy your meal!
