Description

It turns out delicious! Pumpkin is so good with meat, plus ginger, And the spiciness is so nice, not too hot. For cooking, we need a wok or a deep frying pan with a heavy bottom.

Cooking

Step 1

Peel onion, garlic, ginger root, finely chop. Wash and chop the pepper. Meat cut into small cubes.

Step 2

Fry the onion and garlic in a wok in hot oil for 5 minutes. Add meat, ginger, pepper and coriander, cook for another 6 minutes.

Step 3

Wash the tomatoes, cut into slices, add to the meat and cook under the lid for 8 minutes. Pour in 1/2 tbsp. water and simmer for 20 minutes.

Step 4

Add diced pumpkin and cook for 15 more minutes.

500 g veal
250 g pumpkin pulp
3 tomatoes
1 bulb
3 garlic cloves
1 red hot pepper
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
0.5 tsp ground coriander
1 cm ginger root
salt, ground black pepper
