Peel onion, garlic, ginger root, finely chop. Wash and chop the pepper. Meat cut into small cubes.
Fry the onion and garlic in a wok in hot oil for 5 minutes. Add meat, ginger, pepper and coriander, cook for another 6 minutes.
Wash the tomatoes, cut into slices, add to the meat and cook under the lid for 8 minutes. Pour in 1/2 tbsp. water and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add diced pumpkin and cook for 15 more minutes.
