How to cook Sweet dumplings with cottage cheese
Step 1
The first stage is the dough, and it is prepared very quickly and simply. Break an egg into flour, add salt, add vegetable oil and pour half a glass of kefir. Stir well, get rid of lumps, then sprinkle with flour and sculpt-knead with your hands. Finished dough is dough that does not stick to the bowl/surface.
Step 2
The dough should lie down for a while, and therefore, for now, let's deal with the filler.
Step 3
For the filling we need cottage cheese, eggs, salt and sugar. We just mix them well, add just a pinch of salt.
Step 4
We divide the dough into four or five parts and blind them into “sausages”. Cut each into small pieces. And roll them with a rolling pin into circles with a diameter.
Step 5
With a teaspoon, we put the filling in the center of each piece, stick together the edges. Place dumplings on a floured surface.
Step 6
Cook in slightly salted boiling water for 5-6 minutes. Serve with butter or jam. Enjoy your meal!
