How to cook Smoked goat cheese with vegetable salad
Step 1
Goat cheese, mix with reduced cream and beat until creamy. Add salt to taste.

Finely chop the beets, radishes, fennel, celery.
Step 3
Put all vegetables, except beets, in cold water with ice.
Step 4
Bake the beets in the oven at 180 degrees for 2 hours in foil. Make a marinade with white wine vinegar, salt and sugar. Marinate the beets from two hours to a day. Grate on a coarse grater.
Step 5
Put the grated beets in one deep plate and goat cheese on top. Put the vegetables on the second plate and season them with green oil.
