Spicy cucumber salad with poppy seed dressing

How to cook Spicy cucumber salad with poppy seed dressing
Step 1

Prepare the dressing. In a deep bowl, mix finely chopped greens, poppy seeds, salt, sugar, rub the mixture a little with a wooden spoon. Mix sunflower oil and wine vinegar until a homogeneous emulsion. Cut the hot pepper into thin rings, removing the seeds. Mix greens with poppy seeds, oil and vinegar, add freshly ground black pepper and red hot pepper, mix and let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2

Cucumbers cut first lengthwise, then obliquely into thin slices. Drizzle dressing over cucumbers, mix well and serve.
