Sandwich "Sherwood" with liver

Step 1
Make Bread: Make sandwich bread in a toaster or toast.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce: mix pre-boiled chickpeas / beans in a blender with cottage cheese / cheese, onions, add greens.
Step 3
We spread the sandwich: spread the mass obtained in the blender on bread, sprinkle with a little cranberries, cover with thin pieces of liver on top.
Step 4
You can sprinkle some of your favorite seasoning on top and add herbs for decoration.

beef liver - 80 g
grained cottage cheese / goat cheese - 50 g
chickpeas / beans - 50 g

dried cranberries
