How to cook Sandwich "Morning" with bacon, egg and tomato sauce

Step 1

We clean the onion, garlic and tomatoes from the skin. Finely cut. Fry the onion and garlic in a pan in olive oil until golden brown, add finely chopped tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes covered.

Step 2

Add tomato paste, sugar, oregano, basil. Salt, pepper to taste. If desired, add a little water. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes covered. We leave to chill.

Step 3

Fry the bacon strips in a pan until golden brown. Place on paper towel to get rid of excess oil.

Step 4

Fry the eggs in an egg fryer or poached eggs. Each egg is separate.

Step 5

Fry the slices of bread in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Or in a preheated oven for a few minutes.

Step 6

Assembly: brush slices of bread with tomato sauce. We put 2 strips of bacon on each slice and a cooked egg on top. Salt, pepper to taste.
