Step 1

Cut chilled salmon into 3-4 rectangular pieces. Pour the Teriyaki sauce onto a plate and place the salmon on it.

Step 2

Lay chopped cilantro on one side along the salmon pieces, and pour yellow pepper sauce on the other side. Pour the red pepper sauce in dots on top of the yellow one.

Step 3

Drizzle each piece of salmon with warm olive oil before serving.

Teriyaki sauce 20 g
red pepper sauce 5 g
yellow pepper sauce 20 g
olive oil 15 g
onion sibulet 2 g
cilantro 5 g
