Peel the onion, chop coarsely. Heat oil in a wok or skillet. Cut sausages into bars and fry together with onions for 1 minute, stirring until everything is browned. Add the mustard, sugar and tomatoes and fry for a few more minutes, stirring occasionally, until the skins of the tomatoes begin to burst. In the meantime, disassemble the lettuce into leaves, peel the avocado, remove the stone and chop, cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, and then thinly slice across. Pour this dressing over the salad. Serve with crispy bread.
